Writer, Marjory Kaptanoglu, won Slamdance's Screenplay Competition short prize with DEAD IN THE ROOM in 2010. The prize package included Slamdance producing the winning script. The short was directed by Oscar ® nominated filmmaker Adam Pertofsky. The cast includes Patrick J. Adams (Slamdance alum - Weather Girl, Suits) and Andrew Borba (The Young & The Restless). Slam programer, Nicole Arbusto was the Casting Director.
